🔥✨ **Creating Sparks: A Reflection on My Journey with Sharon Pruszko** ✨🔥

As I sit down to reflect on the transformative journey with my incredible client, Sharon Pruszko, I am filled with gratitude and warmth. Moments like these remind me of the power of coaching and the extraordinary transformations that can unfold when client and coach work in harmony.

Sharon recently expressed her heartfelt thanks for the role I played in her journey. It’s a text exchange that fulfills my self-efficacy and assurance that I, too, am on my divine path and purpose. She beautifully summed it up by saying, "I am where I am today because of Beth Anne Johnson. She reminded me of the confidence, joy, and answers within myself. With intention, she equipped me with the tools to seek out the answers within myself. I quit my job and started my business. I’ve never been happier."

These words resonate deeply with me because our journey was more than just coaching sessions – it was about building a fire together. Sharon brought the logs, the kindling, and the passion. My role was to be the gentle reminder, the guide, helping her arrange the pieces and handing her the tools she needed.

I often compare coaching to building a fire. Sharon had the raw materials – her dreams, aspirations, and the courage to make a change. I was there to support, encourage, and remind her of the warmth and potential within her.

When Sharon built the fire, she carefully arranged the logs of her goals, the kindling of her skills, and the fuel of her determination. She herself lit up and became energized simply describing how she hoped the flames would lick and dance over the logs from the kindling gaining momentum as she used her own breath to spread the flames. And then, the pivotal moment arrived – the decision to light the match, an act only she can do. The match represented the action, the commitment, and the leap of faith. I gave her a gentle nudge, “So what happens when we light the match?” Sharon struck the match and together, we watched the flames flicker to life. Thus, Sharon's light, her newfound happiness and fulfillment ignited.

Coaching is about igniting that spark within, about guiding someone to recognize their own potential and take the steps toward a brighter future that they feel an inherent, intrinsic calling, a song only your heart can sing. Sharon's success is not just her own; it's a testament to the incredible potential we all carry within us.

So, here's to Sharon Pruszko – a remarkable individual who chose to light her own fire and embraced the warmth of self-discovery and success. And here's to every individual out there who has the power to strike that match, illuminate their path, and create a life that truly brings them joy.

May we all continue to build fires, light matches, and revel in the glow of our own potential. 🔥💖
