Lamar Creative Co. carries forward a family legacy of creativity, resilience, and love. Inspired by my parents’ belief in creativity as a bridge to meaningful connection and my grandmother Judy Lamar’s unwavering compassion, this work is deeply personal.
What sets us apart? We infuse heart and strategy into every project—because the most powerful motivator in business and in life is connection. Whether through compelling copywriting or thoughtfully planned events, we craft messages and experiences that captivate, inspire, and create lasting impact.
My journey began with the story of my grandmother and her sisters. As young girls, they entered South Carolina’s foster care system, while their brothers were allowed to stay with their biological family. Their resilience in the face of adversity shaped my belief that everyone—regardless of gender, race, or background—deserves love, opportunity, and belonging. This belief fuels every aspect of Lamar Creative Co.
I founded Lamar Creative Co. in September 2022, while expecting my second child, seeking a way to balance my passions, family, and a decade-long career in education. What started as a leap of faith has grown into a business rooted in empathy, storytelling, and the courage to reimagine what’s possible.
At its core, Lamar Creative Co. is about more than just words or events—it’s about human connection. As a creator, strategist, business owner, and most importantly, a mom to two incredible boys, I bring a deeply personal approach to every project. Their curiosity and creativity remind me daily that love is the most powerful force in the world.
